Work will be carried out on the front of the building until June 2026\. Slight nuisance may be experienced during the day. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 21 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 : with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2, with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- Bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings.
