Loved the location. Space Needle and Pikes Market within easy walking distance. The restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Room size was nice. Only negative would be the bathroom counter face could use a good cleaning or new paint. Would stay here again.

We were upgraded to a corner suite which was excellent. Room cleaning was daily and we didn’t need to request it which seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Everything was wonderful except that when we had them hold our bags after we checked out the bell staff was suddenly not helpful at all with either our luggage or holding the doors (they had previously jumped to open every door). In this case they just plopped our luggage in the middle of the lobby and walked away rather than bringing the luggage to the curb or at least asking whether we needed help.

The roof top had patio chairs and tables where you could view the city and waterway.

The hotel is at convenient location, not too far from the pike, Seattle needle and Amazon sphere. All walking distance. The hotel even offer free bike to use. Highly recommended. The room is very clean and smoke free.
