Relax in the shared pool 🏊‍♀️ available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Wi-Fi service in the wet area, so you can enjoy yourself and stay connected.

You can also enjoy the shared hot tub 💦 (maximum use of 1 hour per day per apartment) and sunbathe on our lounge chairs 🌞.

🚗 Private parking included with your reservation (for one vehicle only)—subject to availability. It’s safe to park in front of the house.

🌼 Quiet environment: Parties and events are not allowed. This is a family-friendly space where everyone’s rest is respected.

🗑️ Trash: The trash bins are located in the basement; please dispose of trash properly.

🐾 Pets welcome: We allow a maximum of 2. Please include them in your reservation and help us keep the place clean by not letting them get on the beds.

📝 Mandatory registration: All guests must complete the TRA and SIRE forms in accordance with local regulations.

🔧 Care of the property: If any damage or loss occurs, please report it through the platform so we can resolve it quickly.

🕓 Check-in time: Starting at 4:00 p.m.
Arriving early? Please contact us a day in advance to check availability for early check-in.

🔑 The access code will be sent on the day of check-in.


🕛 Check-out: Check-out is by 11:00 p.m., with no exceptions, as we need to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

The night before, we’ll send you simple instructions for check-out.
