A little different experience while visiting Bari; since no lobby nor a person to greet you upon arrival.. a little tricky when you first arrive. You need to make a phone call in order for them to open the door for the first time… we called a couple times but no one answered; we were lucky someone was going in the same building so we were able to hold the door open and sneak in… once inside we had the codes to reach the floor and our rooms.. afterwards when coming in the building we just had to press the button for the hotel and they’ll let you in promptly. Good stay overall

Everything was great. The breakfast actually had some protein options instead of just caffé and cornetto. The room was spacious. My only complaint is the smell. It was overly perfumed. I don’t know if it was an air freshener or cologne, but it was nauseating after a while. They should be careful with this with so many people with allergies these days. Also, it often smelled like cigarette smoke because the staff smoked in the main area. Other than that, check in was very well organized, and the communication with the owners was good.

When we arrived the building was under construction. The check in process was very difficult, once you came in the front door, then you go up 2 flights of stairs then have to download an app to get a code to get into the B&B and your room number and door code for your room and send pictures of your passport. It was very frustrating when you're exhausted from traveling trying to figure it all out. To get back in the building you had to buzz or call everytime. It seemed odd that there was a person to let you in if you buzzed but no one to welcome you. There was a lot of noise from neighbor - we couldn't even hear our tv over there's and their conversation. When leaving the building during construction working hours a piece of plaster came down and nearly hit me. The only other person we saw the entire we were there was the woman who served breakfast. She was very nice and the breakfast was lovely but she advised us we needed to check out earlier than was advertised when we booked the room.

Poor for the price!

Room was old dated, walls cracked, paint in really bad condition, bathroom very dark, toilet has old wooden toilet seat, all chipped.

Make them give you a key!

We were denied a key to enter the room and told to dial a number for entrance. When we did, no one answered. It was very stressfull! They were not very customer friendly.

Es wurde extra taxe verlangt. Pro Zimmer 16€. Habe nirgendwo gelesen dass was extra zu bezahlen ist. Zwischen 10:39 -13 Uhr dürfte man garnicht ins Zimmer, weil die Damen haben geputzt. Ansonsten, sauber , sehr zentral und in der Nähe von Bahnhof.

Bon séjour passé dans ce BnB si l'accueil est un peu impersonnel ( on ne voit personne) l'organisation est bonne et il n'y a aucun souci pour accéder au chambres Chambre confortable et bien équipée pour le café et autres biscuits et eau ( petit bémol pour le bruit enorme de l'eau quant elle coule dans la tuyauterie ( des chambres voisines douche ou WC) sinon fenetres bien isolées de l'extérieur Petit déjeuner parfait avec une dame très sympathique pour le service Wifi et clim OK (chambre no 3 ajouter le tuyau de douche flexible ca manque quand même - douche a effet pluie uniquement)
