Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stay away from this place. Horrible service and the place was filthy. There are no stores nearby the location is horrible and the staff was not helpful. My vacation to Italy was ruined because of this place. I have traveled to over 30 countries and this place that I stayed was hell on earth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 0 stars. I got locked out because someone took the key and the staff did nothing to help. They basically told me to go F myself and they wont help me open the door. I was stuck outside for 5 hours. Until 3:15 am at night.
