Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
We paid for the room in full before check-in, but the day before arrival we were sent a broken payment link for the local tax, with language implying we wouldn't be able to check in if we didn't pay — frustrating given we'd already paid and the fault was on their end. We had to chase them several times before finally getting a working link to pay, and only then were we given details on how to access the property.
The flat itself was very overpriced for what it offers. Everything felt seriously dated — the furniture and fittings all looked like they hadn't been updated in years. The bathroom was particularly old and worn: outdated tiling, tired fixtures, and a shower that was dirty on top of everything else. There was no hand soap in the bathroom either, only a few small shower gel sachets. This really isn't a property that should be accommodating guests in these conditions. There was also no Wi-Fi password provided anywhere, and staff didn't offer it either, so we had no internet access. For the price charged, we'd expect a well-maintained space at minimum — this fell well short. Pictures of the shower attached for reference.
