"We have been going to the Norbrek Castle Hotel for years and have always had a great time. Was shocked to see so few guests, as considering the size of the hotel it looks like it has been upgraded. The staff are lovely and bend over backwards to help make our stay the best it can be. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. Come on everyone, the Hotel is just across from the fabulous Blackpool beach. There’s a tram virtually outside the front door that takes you from one end of the beautiful front to the other, there’s even a tram that takes you right to the train station. You can buy a week or a 3 day tram ticket which you can also use the bus with. There is parking for your car in the huge car park and there is entertainment every night plus a cinema and a swimming pool. You really don’t want to see this wonderful hotel closing down, what a tragedy that would be!!"

"Julie on Reception was Brilliant! Polite, professional, helpful and funny. The walls of room 101 are a bit thin! We heard people talking and their morning alarm! We didn’t know we’d have to pay £10 EACH to use the pool!! For 90 minutes."

"Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for. "

"Really nice stay at the riverside hotel. Easy and quick check in, reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The spa was as lovely and the gym was modern and had ample equipment. Just the weekend we wanted "
