"I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."

"Wir waren 5 Tage in Bardowick, der Check in über den Schlüsseltresor war einfach. Es gibt einen eigenen Autostellpatz. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und vor allem sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es gibt auch eine kleine Terrasse zum Garten hin. Man kann den Ort von der Wohnung aus gut zu Fuß erkunden, auch die Ilmenau ist nicht weit entfernt, durch den historischen Nikolaihof und den Eichhof leicht zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Nice quiet hotel in a residential area! Old building but has an elevator, long winding corridor to my room but had everything I needed including parking! Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…"
