Modern 2 room apartment, 1st Floor separately in a family house, location close to the city

  • The apartment is on the 1st Floor of our house. The 40m² floor was converted into a modern, separate apartment in 2019.
    The open kitchen to the living room has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, microwave with grill and. Baking function, as well as a hotplate with two hot plates. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and a hair dryer. The apartment has a double bedroom, a large wardrobe with a mirrored front and a clothes servant. It offers enough space for 2 people. The living room has a cozy corner sofa with pillows and. Blanket, a flat screen TV, cable connection and free Netflix. Storage space for bicycles is only possible after consultation.
