Quite a quirky property, with a factory at the rear. Rooms small, cosy and comfortable, and despite its proximity to the busy Harburg railway station, very quiet. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price, and its other main asset was its convenience for travel, being 2 minutes walk from the station thus providing very convenient links to downtown.

This is a really lovely apartment hotel in a former industrial building, the highlight of which is a Patanoster. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a lovely loft-style setting – high-quality produce such as a superb selection of cheeses, really good scrambled eggs, delicious croissants and so on. The only downsides this time were a) the heat (the room had no air conditioning, which isn’t usually a problem in Hamburg, but this week and last week were really sweltering) and b) the fact that during the week, after 10 pm when the bar closes, there’s no way to buy drinks or anything similar. A small vending machine would be helpful.

Nice hotel close to shopping and a train station

The hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. There is a shopping center close by with a grocery store and other shops. The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed. Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles. Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying. All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.

The room were very modern. I was very surprised of how nice they looked after walking into the lobby and seeing the added ramp and the 2 worn out chairs I was like oh oh. But after going into the elevator room and getting into our room I was like NICE. Very nice and clean. The only issue is that the shower is a bit too small and when you have the windows open the skunk smell from that type of smoking cones in. So if you staying during the summer I do t know how you get some cool air into the room. Walls are very thin, we got neighbors on both sides on our last night, we stayed 5 nights, and you could hear them cough and I think somebody was smoking in the room next to our bed and somehow the smell came in our room, not much but enough for me to smell it even though the rooms are none smoking. There is nobody at the lobby so you do your own Check-in and you grab a key and activate it. The Hamburg/Harburg train station is right in front. The phone mall is right there and there is an Aldi's and EDEKA supermarket across the mall. Very convenient location. You will not hear the trains if you have the windows close. It has fridge, small stove that we did not know how to use and a microwave.
