On the first floor served by a lift, the accommodation consists of a large and bright living room with a dining area and sofas, a small kitchen equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts). From the living room you can access the first balcony.
