Near the house there is a free parking place where it is possible to park the car. At guest’s disposal there is a cellar to park bikes or e-bikes and where is possible to charge them. The semi-detached house of about 100 sqm is located on two levels. On the raised floor there is the living room with kitchenette, sofabed, tv (no satellite), air conditioning and wifi at guests’ disposal. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, oven and gas stove. The kitchen opens onto a small terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for pleasant outside dining. From the upper terrace, the stairs lead down to a second terrace with deckchairs available for relaxing moments. Windowed modern bathroom with showerbox and washing machine. On the upper floor that you can reach through a large staircase you find two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The house is suitable for maximum 4 adults and 2 children. We suggest this accomodation to dynamic guests looking for a large and comfortable house as a point of departure to discover the beauty of Lake Garda. Pets not allowed, non smokers apartment. Direi,appartamento che ben suddivide la zona giorno da quella notte,ideale per famiglie. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le località della sponda veronese del lago di Garda,Gardaland e tutti gli altri parchi divertimento della zona e la vicina Verona. Wir waren zu fünft im Haus (Eltern mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Unten gibt es einen geräumigen Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Küche und Zugang zur Terrasse. Ebenfalls gibt es unten ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine. Oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Oben und unten gibt es jeweils ein Klimagrät, was die Temperaturen im Sommer erträglich macht. Bei Problemen wird einem von der Agentur schnell und freundlich geholfen. So hatten wir versehentlich die Warmwasserfunktion abgestellt. Über Whatsapp wurden uns umgehend Hilfestellungen gegeben, um das Warmwasser wieder zu aktivieren. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, die Anzahl von Geschirr und Besteck ist etwas begrenzt. Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der Strasse und hat auch keinen PKW-Stellplatz (war in der Hausbeschreibung auch erwähnt).
