Typical semi-detached and completely renovated courtyard house located in Bardolino, in the quiet area of Modena, approximately 2 km from the historic centre, the lake and the beach.



Rustico Casa Rossa is divided into two apartments, which share the marble entrance staircase and a comfortable entrance area, and can be rented together or separately. The property has reserved parking spaces located approximately 90 metres from the house. The apartments have neither a garden nor balconies.



The romantic Casa Rossa 2 apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a spacious living area with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and freezer, a 4-burner gas hob, oven, toaster and American-style coffee machine, dining table with chairs, double sofa bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and air conditioning. Small bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds. Bathroom with window, shower enclosure and convenient hairdryer. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and the characteristic exposed wooden ceiling beams create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment overlooks the greenery of the vineyards and the hills surrounding Lake Garda, offering an enchanting view. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. From Monday to Saturday, a municipal shuttle bus service is available to reach the centre of Bardolino.
