This was our second stay at Hotel al Sole and it was just as good as it was 3 years ago. The reception area had been renovated and modernised. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Although it's near a busy road the rooms are very quiet. Osteria Capitel is just across the road which is a great place for dinner.

Very nice welcome, with a glass of prosecco. Hotel very clean and modern. Good choice at breakfast. Convenient 10 minute walk into town. Pool area very nice.

The size of the Hotel is great and so is the location if you don't want to be in the middle of the town. Fantastic staff and breakfast. More room around the pool would have been lovely, it was a tight squeeze in the height of season.

We stayed for 5 nights in July 2019. Our room was in the annexe,it was clean and spacious enough for our stay. We received a lovely welcome on arrival and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the pool area although not the biggest there was always space to find a sunbed. One of the reasons for booking here was parking, and there was always plenty of spaces. The hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Bardolino, and is easy to get to. Overall, a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay, good breakfast & location
Really enjoyed the breakfast, very good variety. We stayed at the Annex building. Very comfortable mattress. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location- very close to bus stop & easy walking distance to lake. Good size hotel room & bathroom but the shower cubicle is quite small. Our room was closed to floor entrance door. We can feel it when people open or close the door but we got used to it and it was ok. If we come back to the area, we will stay here again. There is also a nice local restaurant nearby, Osteria Al Capitel, which we also enjoyed.

Great hotel 4 mins walk from the lake where you can hire peddle boats or just enjoy the stunning view. Can't understand how this hotel doesn't have a higher star rating. Reception staff were superb, and spoke great english with a free drink offered on arrival. No English TV channels or kettle in the room but a great little fridge to keep our water chilled. Would stay here again.

Meget hyggeligt hotel.
Det er et rigtig hyggeligt hotel. Vi boede med en terrasse, og værelset ganske fint, og en god størrelse. Pool området, ikke så stort, så hvis man er til sol, skal man tidligt ved poolen. Personalet meget hjælpsomme, og imødekommende. Tæt på byen. Overvejer meget, komme tilbage til foråret.
Citrustræer på vores terrasse. 😊☀️

Al Sole ist ein schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel am Rande von Bardolino. Der Service und die Frühstücksauswahl sind top. Die Zimmer sind neu, gut gestaltet sehr sauber. In die Stadt sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel gut. Zimmer klein aber gemütlich und sauber. Leider bekamen wir nicht das gewünschte Zimmer zum Pool, sondern mit winzigem Balkönchen und mit nicht sonderlich schöner Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, was man von der Chefin leider nicht sagen kann. Schon beim 1. Kontakt nicht sehr freundlich, kein Lächeln und sehr von sich eingenommen. Meiner Frau fiel leider am Pool eine Glasflasche runter. Sie hat dies dann gleich gemeldet und der nette Herr an der Rezeption nahm es gelassen hin und meinte, dass der Pool am nächsten Morgen eh gereinigt wird. Bei unserer Abreise am nächsten Tag bekam meine Frau dann von der Chefin einen Einlauf, der sich gewaschen hat! Das geht so absolut gar nicht! Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck bei der Abreise deutlich verschlechtert. Sehr schade! Also am besten den Kontakt mit der blonden Chefin meiden, dann kann es ganz nett sein. Zum Abschluss noch ein Tip; Professionell bearbeitete Fotos spiegeln nicht immer den tatsächlichen Zustand/die Größe eines Raumes oder Poolbereiches wieder… also vielleicht am besten über Google Earth checken ;~).

God og dejlig ferie
Utrolig rent hotel, hotellet er lille og hyggeligt. Et par minusser: vi var meget skuffet over vores altan, vi havde bestilt et værelse med Altan, og ud fra de 75 billeder der ligger på hotels så altanen stor og fin ud, men den faktiske altan var desvære så lille at der kun kan være en person derude. Derudover er der meget lyt, men det vænner man sig til :)

Ganz tolles Hotel mit super netten Mitarbeitern in super Lage und mit tollem Pool in Bardolino. Fussläufig ist die Innenstadt und der See in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele nette kleine Lokale und Läden. Das Hotel hat genügend Parkplätze und eine gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen!
