The building of only 6 units is located a few hundred meters from the lake in a relatively quiet area. The apartment (max 4 persons) is on the 2nd (and last) floor with a beamed ceiling. It is composed of 2 rooms, a living area with a kitchenette and with a double wall bed (200 x 160 cm) and a sleeping area with a double bed and finally a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is extremely welcoming and functional. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine etc. Pets are allowed with an extra fee. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das war eine sehr schöne kleine schnuckelige FeWo, alles dabei was man benötigt. Liegt allerdings im 3 Stock. Zu Fuss sollte man gut unterwegs sein. Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie sie in der Anzeige beschrieben wird... sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Den Balkon im ersten Stock haben wir einige Male für ein Frühstück oder zum Abendessen genutzt. Von dort aus hat man einen guten Blick auf die Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Lea D.
