Respect for neighbors is mandatory. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Noise detector:The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine between €50 and €250.





Smoking:

Not allowed inside the apartment (€50–€250 fine)





Pets:

Pets under 10 kg allowed upon request (+€20 fee)





Towels:

Bath towels must not be used for the beach. Otherwise, €12 per item will be charged.
