There are 5 double bedrooms, each with a closet, a 36 m² living room, 3 bathrooms, indoor parking for two cars, and a third outdoor parking space. The renovation was completed a year ago. The house retains a distinctive style that blends perfectly with its surroundings—a quiet, residential area that’s actually right next to city centre Barcelona, offering opportunities for both seaside and mountain excursions.
