  • Apartment well equipped bright and very close to the beautiful Sagrada Familia. It has elevator, ADSL internet connection and air-conditioning.
    This charming holiday apartment in Barcelona has a double room with a double bed and a balcony is a very bright room, another room with a double bed, and another room with a single bed, all very quiet perfect for a good rest, a living room and dining room fully equipped light for 5 people, a shower room and a room with wc, a kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, washing machine, coffee maker and refrigerator - freezer.
    The apartment has a TV. The total area is 60m2, suitable for up to 5 people. This three bedroom apartment is on the third floor of an elevator building.
    This is one of our apartments in Barcelona located in the Eixample district, next to the Holy Family. The neighborhood is very popular and is well connected. A few meters away is the Avenida Gaudí, pedestrian promenade lined with shops, restaurants and cafés and linking the modernist Hospital San Pau with the Holy Family.

This is a beautiful apartment, conveniently located near Sagrada Família. The apartment was a little tight for 4 people as the pictures make it look a slightly larger than in person. But overall no major issues to complain about. Overall a great experience and definitely plan to return to Barcelona as there is so much more to see and do nearby and in the city itself.

La Sagrada à 2 minutes

Appartement très bien placé. Métro et tous commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Propriétaires très arrangeants : nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l'heure prévue . Juste 2 remarques : - les matelas des deux petites chambres sont vraiment inconfortables (ressorts). - dommage de devoir acheter huile et vinaigre pour quelques jours.

Feel as Barcelona resident

We have stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the apartment for the real feel of being a resident of Barcelona. Even being so quiet at night, the place still allows you to hear sounds of local simple life from a balcony. Everything was within reach on Metro or by walking. We bought our food from a supermarket a block away. The only problem with this 3 bedroom apartment was size of some rooms. Our two boys had each their own rooms, but so tiny in size, that one of them had to sleep on a sofa in the great room. Our bedroom was nice and had a balcony. The toilet was very small, kitchen was small and connected with a shower via sliding door. Whole place needed some paint job and better decor to make it superb. Beware of rules of the elevator and close all three doors when you get out or otherwise you will be confronted by an upset neighbor. Like I sad, you will be a real resident here, not some hotel guest. Special thanks goes to the host Mark for waiting for us when we arrived past midnight due to our flight delay. Overall it was a pleasant experience we will never forget.

Posizione eccellente, appartamento da ristrutturare

L'appartamento si trova a 5 e 7 minuti a piedi dalla metro Dos de Maig e da quella Sagrada Família. Nei pressi ci sono anche minimarkets, supermercati, ristoranti, ecc.. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata discreta e le poche richieste sono state subito esaudite. L'unico appunto riguarda lo stato generale dell'appartamento che è da ristrutturare urgentemente e la sicurezza dell'impianto elettrico e della cucina, con le manopole del gas che non funzionano a dovere ed il piano cottura sprovvisto di valvole di sicurezza. In generale è stato un soggiorno discreto.

Good place for visiting Barcelona

The flat ist exactly as described. It is realy in the central Position, with the Metro you can easiely go were ever you want in a short time. The flat and the whole house is clean. It is all inside the flat waht is necessary for a City trip. Mar Aguilera is a very helpful Person. A lot of questions were answered directly with email, whats up or SMS. Thank you

Un buen apartamento para ir con la familia, es tranquilo y se descansa muy bien despues de un largo dia caminando por Barcelona, que nos ha encantado, es una gran ciudad. El contacto con Mar es perfecto, es muy servicial. Volveremos a Barcelona, porque nos han quedado muchas cosas por ver, y seguro que volveremos a este apartamento.

l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour visiter Barcelone tout en étant loin de l'agitation .on est proche des commerces ,des restaurants , du métro et surtout de la splendide sagrada familia.l'acceuil a été parfait . l'immeuble est certes ancien mais plein de charme.l'appartement est bien équipé et pratique même pour une famille de 5 avec 3 enfants. la propriétaire est disponible si nécessaire . nous retenons cette adresse pour un futur voyage à barcelone

BUENA UBICACION

La situación del apartamento es buena. Pero al apartamento le hace falta una renovación total. Las habitaciones de silenciosas tienen poco. La habitación individual al tener el cuarto del wc al lado, es imposible dormir. La habitación doble interior, es muy pequeña y no te puedes revolver. El cuarto de ducha está integrado en la cocina y es muy pequeño, además de que la presión del agua de la ducha es mínima. Nosotros estábamos cinco personas y no había cucharas de desayuno para todos. Los armarios bastante estropeados, incluso, alguno no cerraba. La limpieza, deja bastante que desear. Las zonas no visibles (debajo de sofá y de las camas), estaban sin limpiar desde hacia bastante tiempo. La zonas visibles estaban limpias. La wifi no funcionaba.

Great area

We loved the location of this apartment. It is an older neighbourhood, quiet, with plenty of restaurants and steps from Sagrada Familia with a small grocery store just outside. We are glad we stayed here and took the bus to the beach (and walked).

Buena ubicacion, antiguo poco mantenimiento.

Esta bien ubicado y equipado pero nuestra estadia en este apartamento no fue muy confortable, el ascensor es un montacargas modernizado, el lavaplatos no desagotaba y nos inundó la cocina. Al dormitorio chico por la ubicación que tiene le entran los olores de comida más ruidos del edificio. La sra. Mar no se hizo presente,solo con sms telefonicos.

L'appartement est conform...

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce; il donne sur la cour et est très propre. Pas de mauvaises surprises. La literie est bonne. L'immeuble est assez calme. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à côté. Le métro ligne 5 est proche. Il n'y a pas de vrais volets donc la salle est assez lumineuse le matin. Les peintures intérieures ont été refaites sans grand soin. Mais tout ça reste du détail. La propriétaire est très arrangeante.

"I was there with my family, and everythig was great. The best thing was the location, really near from Sagrada Familia, I was excited! The flat was what we expected to be, comfortable, clean and calm. And the treatment with the owner was nice and correct. So I really recomend this place. Barcelona is wonderful!"
