  • This comfortable beautiful apartment is located right on Plaza Catalunya - the very heart of Barcelona. With an amazing and unique view of Plaza Catalunya enjoy this elegant fully equipped apartment, being in the most exclusive location. This 125m2 apartment features 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is tastefully furnished to accommodate all of your vacation/business needs. Two of the bedrooms have big double beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub. The living room is cosy with big comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, making it easy to prepare meals from fresh local products, bought on Boqueria Market, located 10 min walk from the apartment. With plenty of space, warm wooden floors and lots of natural lights you will feel right at home in Barcelona. The apartment also provides free WIFI, a washing machine/dryer and central system of heating & AC. Linen and towels are provided. High chair and baby cot are available upon request and availability. The apartment is equipped with security system. It is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator in the building .

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    - Check-in from 15 p.m.
    - Check-out before 11 a.m.
    - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
    - Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
    - Additional charges:
    - Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
    - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
    - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
    - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
    - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
