The apartment has two double bedrooms, two balconies, work area and fiber optic internet connection.

The flat is located in the Eixample district, one of the most emblematic and famous areas of Barcelona, known for its grand avenues, modernist architecture and wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars.

The area was designed in the 19th century by the architect Ildefons Cerdà and is known for its modernist buildings, including Casa Milà (also known as La Pedrera) and Casa Batlló, both located within walking distance of the flat.

In addition to these tourist attractions, the area has a wide variety of typical restaurants and bars, such as the Casa Mariol wine cellar, where you can enjoy tapas and wines from the region, or the Japanese restaurant Koy Shunka, one of the best in the city.

For those interested in trying authentic Catalan food, we recommend La Bodegueta restaurant, which offers traditional dishes in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Also nearby is the Mercado de la Concepción, where you can find fresh, local produce.

In terms of transport, the flat is close to several metro lines (L5, L3 and L2) and bus stops, making it easy to access other areas of the city, such as Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia or Sagrada Familia. There are also several public bicycle (Bicing) stations nearby, which is ideal for exploring the city on two wheels.

The living room is a bright and spacious space with a beautiful modern design and charming details that make it very cosy. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show.

The master bedroom features a super comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Fresh linens and ample storage space in the wardrobe make you feel at home from the very first moment. The second bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe to store your belongings.

In the kitchen, you can prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them on one of the small balconies overlooking the city. The bathroom has a shower and everything you need for your comfort.

The flat is located in a quiet area, but with easy access to public transport, such as buses and the metro. It is also close to many local restaurants and bars where you can sample authentic Catalan cuisine and enjoy the city's nightlife - you'll love staying here and feeling at home!

For transportation, the area is served by L5 (blue) line of the Barcelona metro. Additionally, numerous bus and night bus lines in the TMB Barcelona system cover the area. As with the rest of the city, bikes are very common.


All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.

- - You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- - The flat´s capacity is of 3 people. No additional guests allowed.
- - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
