Very well laid out, large windows and plenty of light coming in, lots of storage, plush linens, comfortable king-size bed and 2 sofa/day beds. Many places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Anna was amazingly helpful, accommodating and pleasant. This part of Barcelona is a bit of a maze, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy to navigate. Honestly, the photos and description of this wonderful apartment in the Le Born neighborhood did NOT do it justice! It was extremely well appointed and stocked -- the bed is the most comfortable I've ever stayed in Europe! -- and the El Born area is convenient to everything. . .whether it's walking all over Barcelona or taking quick, scenic cab rides or bus/metro (right across from a train station and around the corner from a Metro stop). Ana, the very kind and patient agent we dealt with most prior to arriving and check in, was just delightful! She let us check our bags in hours early and even put a lovely bottle of cava in our apt.'s fridge as a 25th anniversary gift. Thank you Ana! There are amazing little eateries right around the flat, either for delicious corta (at the Corner rest.) or delicious tapas and natural wines (at the spirited Bar del Pla).
