  • The Los Angeles flat is located in the best neighbourhood of El Raval district, in Carrer del Pintor Fortuny right to the Ramblas, it`s the favourite of our guests!. With 120 sq mt2 available, the modern yet comfortable design in this flat along with the historic feel of the building will offer any and all a fabulous holiday.

    Any photos capture the beauty of the intricate wood panelling on the ceiling, along with the fully restored wood framing around the doorways. The exceptional art deco flooring and lovely array of colouring on both the hanging prints and furniture along with the natural light from the street make this flat feel like home to those visiting Barcelona.

    The modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and ample dining area are spacious enough to cook and serve a grand feast for all. Multiple guests will enjoy the space and privacy of a full bathroom with a stall shower, tub and toilet. For added convenience there is an additional toilet. Two lovely and decorative bedrooms with full beds offer cosy sleeping quarters for up to four people. Should you have more guests in your pack, there is a lounge space off of the main living area that can be easily converted into a bedroom with a double sofa bed.

    This quiet and respectful building, located in the old city, is the perfect place for those who wish to enjoy their holiday in a serene manner. For the same we rent only at one Homeaway meber over 30 years old.

    The flat is fully furnished, equipped with central heating and elevator. A private parking space for one car is available upon request.

    Barcelona city taxes per adult over 17 years old it`s not include in the price and you should pay in cash and exact amount at check in. Like an extra craghe late and early arrival after 19:30 and before 11:00 a.m.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment. With its tall ornamental ceilings, old wooden doors and beautiful tiled floors it is quite charming and attractive. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and great location. Carlos the property manager was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Lovely place in a great area.

The apartment is in a great location and is quite nice. Beds are comfy and it is quite charming. There is some street noise but think that is just Barcelona. The owner was quite helpful throughout the process.

This apartment is situated in the heart of what could be the best-kept secret of desirable areas. It's surprisingly quiet, and only blocks from the busiest areas. During our nearly three-week stay, every day we fell more deeply in love with this flat. The windows, view, appliances, bathrooms, and laundry were all perfect for our needs. My only hesitation would be that others will love it as much and book it up, else we'll be back over and over!
We enjoyed having the cafe below.
The tiled entrance was beautiful, well-lit, and offered a warm welcome when returning to the flat.
The fourth-floor, corner view was breathtaking from both vantage points.
The kitchen has everything you need. The hidden dishwasher and fridge were great.

Great apartment

This is a perfect family apartment. It is huge and located walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The check in process and communication were clear and easy. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect apartment

I stayed with a friend for a short break and we couldn’t find anything at fault. Facilities and location are both excellent, it was clean and comfortable. Communication from from the host was also great.

This is a great apartment on the fourth floor in Barcelona and looks like the pictures. The hosts were very helpful with our early arrival. The location is perfect for easy walkability to everything fun! Thanks so much for making our 35th wedding anniversary trip so special.

It was the perfect location to go everywhere we wanted to go! Even in the rain. Carlos was communicative, and very helpful. Including recommending our favorite restaurant, En Ville. It was a pleasure to stay there with family. Able to share an apartment, with plenty of room for privacy! We would stay again

It’s a quaint spacious place. The location is great! So close to a lot of things. The furniture could use upgrades both from cleanliness and comfort. It was nice to have a washer. Communication from Carlos was great.

This property was very nice and very conveniently located. We were told by a couple locals that deeper into the El Reval neighborhood wasn’t a great part of town but this property was on the edge and felt safe. We walked 15-17 miles a day as well as taking the incredibly easy to use subway system when something was too far to walk. It was easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go from this apartment. Super close to the waterfront and beach area as well as the Gothic area, and El Born area which was our favorite area. Barcelona is a beautiful city with amazing food!

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay in Barcelona and this beautiful apartment.Carlos, the host, was very helpful prior to our arrival. He met us at the apartment and went through everything and the local amenities and was at hand should we have need to call him (which we didn't as everything was perfect).The apartment was full of character which we love. Yet, it still had all the modern equipment to make our stay comfortable.Lovely and spacious which we always enjoy.It is situated very close to local shops, restaurants and the metro, which we used on several occasions, also the local buses, plus quite close to the hop on hop off bus stop should you wish to take the tour.We stayed for just under a week, but there is still so much to see and we plan to return one day and we will definitely stay at this apartment if it is available.Thank you Carlos for everything and making our trip a memorable one.

Just wonderful!

The quaint and historic apartment is beautiful with its tiled floors and decorated ceilings. My husband and I had everything we needed for our stay and loved the central location. We decided not to rent a car but hiked all over Barcelona. We visited the Ramblas, walked Barri Gotic, saw the Sagrada Familia, we even walked all the way to Park Güell and the harbor area. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful, gave us tips for cafes, restaurants and shopping. We loved it and will be back!

Perfect location.

We loved the location of the apartment. Two blocks from La Rambles & 3 walking blocks to the Metro. You can get anywhere on the Metro. The apartment is spacious & comfortable with antique charm (late 1800s!). There is an elevator. Carlos was easy to work with. We’d love to return.

Great place!

Location of this place is really, really good. Easy to get to by taxi, train or bus. Carlos was super communicative and made everything very easy. It's a beautiful space - very unique and with a lot of charm. As mentioned in the description, there's no AC - so just be prepared if it's hot. But the open floor plan and lots of windows/fans makes for a very breezy space :). Oh, and it's right next door to an amazing restaurant - Caravelle. Would definitely recommend!

Barcelona charm, great location

My family and I stayed 3 nights in this charming apartment. The apartment is well furnished with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The floor to ceiling doors surrounded this corner apartment and let the cool Spanish breeze blow through. From an access standpoint, there is a small elevator which can help you get your luggage and groceries to the 4th floor. Carlos is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would 100% stay here again.
