Spectacular penthouse in Paseo de Gracia Capacity for up to 6 people. The establishment has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and two magnificent terraces, to enjoy the views of the main attractions of Barcelona. Ideal for families and work teams. In Paseo de Gracia, next to Casa Batlló and La Pedrera -the most visited historical buildings of the city- and just 10 minutes far from the famous Plaza Cataluña, and the popular Ramblas.

Our usual check-in time is from 15h to 21h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to be able to set your arrival time.

Check out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside of established hours we have the following rates:Late Check in: arrival after 21 has a cost of €30 until 23h, then €10 will be added for every extra hour.

Late check out (departure after 11h. until 14h.) and early check-in (arrival before 15h.) incurs an extra cost of €60

The apartment has the HUTB tourist license.

Tourist tax: 6,25€ person/night not included in the final price. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and up to a maximum of 7 days.

Excellent location, very nice property, amazing view and terrace. You can find everything you need in the apartment.

6 friends spent some time in Barcelona exploring the city, shopping and eating the delicious food. Our VRBO was in the perfect location to explore this beautiful city. It was clean and well maintained. It has the perfect rooftop hang out overlooking the city for coffee in the morning! We had a wonderful stay!
