Sepulveda Atic is a fabulous apartment in the heart of L’Eixample neighborhood, known for its authentic experience thanks to the many Catalan locals. With a beautiful mixture of pine floors, soft pastels, and creamy beiges, this 5 bedroom apartment is a warm and welcoming home you will love living in. The fantastic balconies from the bedrooms offer a great view of the bustling neighborhood. Premium amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries and a Nespresso machine.
The apartment is a 20 minute walk to Las Ramblas; the bustling boulevard filled with high-end shops and a huge selection of first class restaurants. The famous la Sagrada de Familia, Gothic Quarter and Barcelona’s beautiful beaches are each just a 20-minute metro ride away.
Special note: Due to construction work taking place near the building, noise might be heard in the apartment during the day.
