This is a hostel, it’s great for young people or if a group of propel traveling together takes the whole room . If you need peace and quiet and privacy then you should look for something else. It’s a great location and a lot of things to do around.

Nice stay

I really liked the hostel in general.Staff is very kind and helpful and hostel is very well organized.Location is awesome.room was also nice but one thing to highlight, upper bunk beds don't have any barrier to protect a person from falling. So if you are not a calm sleeper, upper bunk bed could be dangerous, request a lower bed in advance.

We would never stay here again. The room was perfectly clean, some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, but not all. The worst was the noise sounding like furniture being dragged across the floor of the terrace on the roof just above our room. It continued until midnight.

While the room in bed were fine and the staff at the check-in was great. Check in took a very long time due to the amount of people waiting in line. The hostel was clean however, the restaurant and main room on the second floor had old and stained furniture. The toilets were clean, but the showers were very dirty And not large enough to shower and change in. This is not as clean as the safe stay in Madrid. This one was disappointing however, the location is top-notch. It is in the heart of everything and that was the plus.

The front desk does not have cash so I couldn’t exchange my bills for coins to do laundry. I asked four stores nearby all of which denied me. I had to resort to going to a laundromat 10 mins away as a result. Additionally on the day of check out I sat in the common room for 1-2 hours but did not feel welcome after staff said I couldn’t sleep there but I wasn’t even trying to sleep.
