She made herself available during our stay in case we needed anything and was very patient when we got lost and checked in an hour late. We really enjoyed the location since it was a couple blocks away from one of the metro stops and a variety of restaurants. Location is great with just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We were able to find parking for our rental car down the street from the condo. Carmen was very responsive to our many questions and offered to come over to show us how to operate the oven when we couldn’t get the oven to work. The top floor apartment (accessed via stairs or lift) is very spacious and well equipped and has the added bonus of not having anyone above scraping chairs across the floor. We ventured out every day using our re-chargeable T-Casual cards that we purchased at the local Metro station.. The Metro is simple to navigate and well staffed should you need any help.
