It was in a great location with lots of nice cafes and restaurants around. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags once we had checked out. Room was clean and perfect for what we were looking for.

This was a nice hotel close to the metro and tourist attractions. The staff was super nice and helpful. Not knowing anything about where to stay this place did the trick.

Amazing location, and one of the best showers i’ve had in any hotel! Heats up fast, great pressure, new design—it REALLY helped make our stay super relaxing to come home to that shower! We came for Primavera Sound, and adored the neighborhood although it’s not too close to the Parc Del Forum. However, the tram is a 5min walk and a cab home after the headliners was about 15Euro. The staff is friendly and helpful—- We will absolutely be back!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was in a prime location for the sights and transport (eg bus and metro). Didn’t try the food but was very reasonable priced. Everything was very clean and well kept. Very impressed!

Great customer service at front desk (Omar, Raul) and in the buffet (Vanessa and Carmen). All smiley, welcoming and helpful. Excellent buffet in our opinion with various options. Great tortilla by the way. Excellent location either walking or with public transportation. Good hotel for the price and location. Surroundings were safe as well. We recommend.

Hotel is a no frills in a not so bad location, you have to be prepared to walk or get public transport to most things. Receptionist on the Night Shift was excellent and helped a lot when my partner had to go to hospital in an emergency. Rooms are adequate but on the smaller side for Europe we found. Bed was fine as was the bathroom.

The hotel itself was quite nice, clean and near all the attractions we wanted to see. We had no complaint. During our stay, there were two front desk staff members, one in the day, one in the evening. The gentleman who worked during the evening was a pure pleasure to work with, very friendly, and quite helpful during our stay. The female front desk staff person who worked both days during our stay was the complete opposite. If asked specifically about her, it my opinion she would benefit from additional customer service training. Overall, our entire family still enjoyed the hotel and your beautiful city.

The hotel is away from main attractions but it’s walkable. I was able to walk to Sagrada Familia from this hotel. There are a few cafes & restaurants & supermarket not too far from the hotel. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is a good size, but room itself was a bit tight. Could use more hooks in the bathroom. Windows in the room can be opened. Air conditioning was excellent. There is an elevator. Omar at reception was very helpful & personable. There is a room safe & kettle in the room. There is complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast is 12 euros. Uber from hotel to airport is 40 euros. I felt safe in this hotel. Reception is 24 hours.

The location is excellent. Within walking distance to Sagrada Família and Glories. The breakfast options was good with varieties from eggs, potatoes, cold cut meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, pastry, and cereals for €13. Staff was a bit passive aggressive at night time but still helpful. Room’s spacious and kept clean during our stay with daily housekeeping to freshen up our room. Overall I would recommend this place.
