Most attractions are around the corner. We walked to Sagrada- 25 min, Catalonia square -15 min. Very convenient location. There are 5 rooms at the property, 2 bathrooms to share, excellent kitchen. Our room had a balcony facing inside the block, so it was quite.

The room was tiny, but very clean. The common space was also clean. The servise was good. Location is perfect. One thing, that disturbed a lot - it was a main entrance door that banged very loudly when it slammed shut.

Based on prior reviews, we were not convinced that we would actually stay at this property but because we couldn’t cancel, we decided to check it out. We had the larger room with the balcony. Pros Comfortable bed Amazing location Good communication Having access to a kitchen was a pleasant surprise It was clean (enough), but could use a refresh of paint Cons The 2 shared bathrooms with 3 other rooms. Only one of them had a sink and the smaller bathroom was very tight. The sheets and towels were very thin

Extremely easy going to and from the apartment. Communication was very timely, and easy to coordinate check-in. They even made accommodations for the fact that I did not have access to SMS so communication was through WhatsApp

It was very noisy , people were not closing doors but SLAMMING them. Shower was not brilliant and toilet seat was broken. The only good thing was the location.

Clean room. Nice to have a kitchen. Stayed in the biggest room with the balcony. So nice to sit out there and see Barcelona. Great location! Remember to check what is included and what is extra in the fine print.

The room was very comfortable, unfortunately there was a dead moth under the duvet, the description says that it has A/C but what the description does not tell you is that you have to pay 10 euros per day to be able to use it. This property is well located

Very nice apartment in a great area. 5 rooms in 1 apartment, no living room, but everything else needed to function. I thought. The 1 roll of toilet paper used up on my first night, that was there for 2 apartments. You only realize the size of this issue, when you face it. Who travels with extras? 😄 You only think this is a huge issue, until the elevator stops working as it did on our first morning, and you're forced to walk down and up 5 stories, because the apartment is in the attic on the 5th. Communication with whoever was difficult, had to wait a very long time for responses. Thanks, we won't be returning.

Clean snd safe.

Room was quite small. We waited more than 30 minutes for agent to arrive and give us access to room. Extra charge for ac. Basic. One of the other rooms had balcony and clothes drying rack. Ours only had two twin beds a small night stand between beds and a metal rack on wall for hanging clothes. Not much room for luggage storage or moving around.

be careful, upon arrival at the room the owner takes a deposit of 100 euros and does not return the money, we left the room in an impeccable front and the deposit was not returned, we called the owner, they brushed us off saying it was the bank's fault that the transfer was taking so long, we have been waiting for three weeks, the matter will be further referred to the owner of the application.

Awful host

As a solo travel I really wouldn’t recommend staying at this accommodation. I emailed the host 24 hours prior to my arrival making them aware my flight arrived at 21:00 hrs meaning my arrival time would be approximately 22:00 hrs. Prior to arrival I rang them whereby they assured me someone would meet me at the accommodation for this time 45 minutes later after numerous phone calls the host arrived who was short, rude and disinterested arrived! I was charged €15 euros tourist tax for my short stay. Please do not put yourself through the stress!

Bed was awful, there was a dent in the middle had so much trouble sleeping. I was there for almost 2 weeks and bed sheets never changed, fresh towels never were brought! You have to pay 10€ Per Day extra in order to use air-conditioner (which you will HAVE to use in the summer). I lost a single key and was charged 30euros for a replacement for 1 KEY (it can’t cost more than 10 €)!!!! It was very, very loud in the room and it is tiny and I mean tiny! There were people coming in and out and the door slamming was just crazy! The cleaning lady slammed about every drawer, door or anything else that could be slammed (it was in the late morning or early afternoon but you will not get a nice nap in) . I honestly don’t ever write reviews but this room actually ruined the trip. Look elsewhere!! Or stay at a Hostel and pay way, way less for a crappy place to stay or even better after you add the 200€ extra I had to pay for the key and A/C you could get a better hotel! I really wish I would have gotten a hotel!

Very central location which is great for convenience and exploring the city. There was scaffolding up which obscured the view from the balcony, but I’m aware this is an uncontrollable factor. It was a decent spot for a short stay.
