No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

My family spent a few days in Barcelona during our summer trip to Spain. The apartment was comfortable and located in a great neighborhood with many plazas, cafes, shops, and nearby public transit. The management was friendly and responsive to all inquiries.

The flat was great. The living area was really lovely and a great place to spend time. Loads of natural light + comfy seating. Our only complaint is that the bunk beds were quite uncomfy and the underneath felt a bit dirty.. outside of that it was a great stay and we highly recommend.

This was an amazing apartment. It was actually much bigger than we thought. It had a great views and was located in a fantastic part of town that everything we wanted to do was either walking distance or a quick 10min taxi ride. We were very happy with this property and highly recommend it.
