The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is a washing machine in the unit, together with iron and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with the system of heating and Air Conditioning, High speed internet is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment is located on the principal floor of a residential building, there is an lift. There is a concierge (working hours).

- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfil it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
