Great option not far from Barcelona

The unit itself is very nice, 3 bedrooms in 2 levels, with a garage in the ground floor. Unit was clean and well appointed. Only issue was a steep claim up a narrow set of stairs, which is a bit challenging with bulky luggage Distance to Barcelona is between 30-45 min, depending on traffic Terrassa itself is a nice area with a lot of bakeries and restaurants around the area where the apartment is located

Tolle Unterkunft

Hat zu 100 % unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Übergabe, selbst mit einigen Sprachschwierigkeiten. Modern eingerichtet und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Wohnung, viel Platz. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Mala experiencia

Bueno, primero que llegamos una media hora más tarde porque el Propietario nos dio el número de puerta equivocado en el mensaje. Llegamos a la zona y la verdad en la cuadra había ocupas por todos lados, la zona apesar de ser central no parece muy segura de noche. Al entrar en la casa la señora de limpieza responsable en entregarnos la llave dijo que la llave no funcionaba bien y que tenía un truco para abrir porque era defectuosa. Nos explico cómo pero nos dimos cuenta que podríamos quedarnos en la calle si no funcionaba. La chica se fue y nos dimos cuenta que la puerta de la terraza no funcionaba, no cerraba, se lo comunicamos al dueño, nos preocupaba por si algún ocupa entraba a robar. Bueno, al cerrar la persiana para sentirnos seguros, la tira de la misma se rompe y nos quedamos dentro. Se lo comunicamos al dueño y dijo que mandaría a alguien para arreglarlo. A los dos días salimos a dar unas vueltas por Terrassa y la bendita llave que dijeron que no funcionaba se rompe en la puerta llamamos al dueño y no respondió nos envío luego mensajes diciendo que teníamos que pagar por la llave rota y por la persiana. Y que si no pagábamos iban a descontarnos de nuestra cuenta a través de Experia. Lo dijo sea al teléfono después que por mensajes. Yo tengo una escuela de lenguas y llevo ancianos a Terrassa de vacaciones. No son ni fuertes ni fiesteros. El dueño fue muy maleducado sea por teléfono que por mensaje aún los tengo grabados. El debería de considerar que por uso es normal que una llave se rompa y una tira de la persiana también. Y no debería de irnos amenazando y queriendo sacar más dinero a sus huéspedes. El dueño Marc nos estropeó las vacaciones y sus amenazas no nos gustaron para nada. La única cosa positiva fue la chica de la limpieza que hace de agente inmobiliario también, ella trabaja ahí solamente pero nos ayudó y vino con su marido muy amables a ayudarnos.

Saubere, komfortable Unterkunft

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft im Zentrum von Terrassa . Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter und herzlicher Empfang vor Ort. Alles top ordentlich und sauber. Super Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung. Jederzeit wieder. Danke!!

Beau duplex bien équipé

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce joli duplex. Bon pied à terre pour visiter Barcelone si vous disposez d’une voiture. Très grand garage pour abriter votre ou vos voitures. Appartement très bien équipé et en excellent état pour accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Guter Kontakt vorab zum Vermieter, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zur Begrüßung standen Getränke kalt. Verbrauchsmittel waren zudem verfügbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr!

Schön und neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit eigener großer Garage

Kommunikation war super mit der Vermietungsagentur, freundlicher Check in, minimalistisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit großer Garage unter der Wohnung. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Bei Fragen kommt prompt eine Antwort und wird Abhilfe geschafft. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Alles war super sauber, nur das Geschirr und Besteck nicht so wirklich, aber es gibt einen Geschirrspüler. Sehr zentral gelegen in der Stadt. Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Dankeschön für den Aufenthalt.

Impecable, buen gusto, muy bien distribuido el espacio para la comodidad de todos, sensación de tener todo lo necesario.Las fotos reflejan la realidad Incomodidades: los 15 escalones empinados y estrechos hasta llegar a la puerta de entrada, complicado para transporte de maletas grandes, coches de niños, etc. Un poco estrechas también las escaleras para subir al piso de arriba. Bastante problema con la cerradura del garaje, difícil funcionamiento y bloqueo. Las terracitas una maravilla, como sugerencia, unos toldos
