    The apartment is fully equipped with all the accessories needed for a pleasant stay in this magic city.
    In the area you can find supermarket bar restaurants and convenient store and the metro, in order to reach main Barcelona area within 15 minutes.

    It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min)
    The apartment is completely renovated is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded.
    You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants.

Excellent location, incredible restaurants and very short walk to the metro. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms!!!! Also a washing machine which makes long stays that much easier. Having AC in Barcelona in the summer is a MUST, so this place was perfect. We would recommend and we would stay there again!

The pictures and listing are very deceiving. The pictures make it look way bigger than it is. The heat worked some of the time, the washing machine did not work, and the double bed should have been replaced years ago, as it sinks in the middle. Terrible for sleeping. The hot water did not work in the bathroom with the tub and the sink clogged. The Wi-Fi was hit or miss. The location is good, but it is very loud in the alley. This would be a great place for students travelling abroad.

Location is good, about 17 minutes walk from Sagrada Família. The cleaning lady insisted to collect tourist tax in cash upon our arrival which had been fully paid online. She fussed about it for more than 30 minutes to settle it. The beds in the smaller rooms are old and sagging, space is so tight that we couldn’t even open our luggage. No sound proof, we could hear upstairs and downstairs and next door. Windows do not lead to open area or light so they were kept closed the whole time. For a five night stay for four guests, we asked to replenish toilet papers but our request was ignored completely, we just bought our own. Will try other places next time.
