Without a check in staff, I had to wait outside until 3pm instead of possibly waiting in a lobby. I couldn’t work the codes. After finding a number to talk to someone in Munich, I was told I had to pay the city tax separately. I could not complete that step as the security code for my credit card was not providing me the code. I finally had to forfeit the hotel and find another place to stay. Why all fees are not included in one total is frustrating!!I am now out a lot of money for a room I couldn’t use and I wasted hours that I could have spent touring Barcelona!

Really surprised - excellent property

Area was only ok but the apartment was fantastic. The metro is a short walk and there are lots of affordable eateries within two mins walk. I’m very happy with my stay but advise to have all payments completed in advance and there are a few front doors on the street: make sure you are at the right one for your your booking.

There is nobody in the receptions. You have to do everything by a website and phone. You can’t unlock the door even to leave the bags. This is not exactly an hotel. That’s why they called “…house” But, the room and the amenities are clean and good.

The condition of the hotel is clean, we enjoyed different of coffee in the room and in the loopy. Also, the transportations are near and convenience. The area of the hotel is quiet. The problem in our first day that we didn’t have a code for entering the hotel and the room because this hotel has not front disk to check-in. The hotel should notice us about the city tax in advance, the hotel sent us email how to check in online and didn’t mention about city tax. Therefor we had some problems in the first day.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, jedoch im Badezimmer waren neben dem Waschbecken auf den Fliesen noch Zahnpasta und Seifenreste! Auf dem Boden lagen Haare vom vormaligen Besucher! Am zweiten Tag war das Wasser eisigkalt!!!

Me fue terrible ya que tuvimos muchos problemas al momento de realizar el Check in nunca me enviaron el correo para realizarlo 24 horas antes y al momento de mi llegada no podido entrar después de tanto insistir y llamar a muchas personas me enviaron el correo fuera de la hora de entrada y lo peor que no existe recepción y no es posible que alguien te ayude a solucionar lo cual todo esto nos hizo pasar un mal momento y me parece una falta de respeto con los clientes, el hotel es muy lindo pero con la falta de atención y seriedad no es recomendable.

Todo está perfecto, el detalle que no hay nadie quien te reciba y te asesore a de alguna duda. Te mandan indicaciones que la verdad si uno no conoce la marca del Hotel te basas en que con la confirmación ya tienes todo y no. Tienes que llenar un link y tienes que esperar a la autorización además te hacen pagar más de lo que ya te cobraron por un supuesto impuesto internacional. La verdad no me volvería a hospedar en un lugar tan impersonal.
