Grace Apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample area and was recently renovated in 2022 with a modern design. It can accommodate up to 7 guests with its 3 double bedrooms & 1 single bedroom (one bedroom offers a balcony and one has a bathroom en-suite). The apartment includes 3 bathrooms in total, a large and warm living room with high ceilings, a dining area, an interior terrace - a perfect place to wind down after a busy day, and a kitchen - with beautiful exposed bricks - fully equipped with all amenities needed during your stay. COVID-19 prevention:
Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

Short walk Sagrada Familia and other points of interest.

We had a great stay. All the details on the listing were accurate. The apartment is very central, in walking distance to many points of interests. Only a couple of suggestions for the property manager, we stayed there for 2 weeks. There were insufficient trash liners for that length of stay. Also, it would have been nice to also have kitchen towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
