Stayed in May of 2024 for 4 nights and weather was hot during the day and cool at night. The room was uncomfortably hot and humid forcing us to open the window to sleep. Between garbage bins right below our window being picked up at all hours, motorcycles, and people literally screaming all night we got no sleep. NO A/C. I complained to front desk and only solution was "I'm sorry, the a/c not available." Obviously a canned reply. This is a management problem. Before booking, ask when the a/c will be turned on. Breakfast was ok if you don't mind waiting while the host likes chatting with everyone while you are standing waiting to sit at numerous empty tables.

Overall nice clean rooms serviced daily. Quiet . AC in our room was not working and therefore very uncomfortable overnight. We asked for a fan, but they said they did not have one. No offer of alternative room or explanation or apology re AC.

Good location, fairly close to everything, Metro nearby, so easy to get around. Friendly and helpful staff. Minimal external noise at night, however walls a little thin so some internal sound coming throughout, but not intrusive.

Very nice hotel which was very affordable in a decent neighborhood. Good breakfast buffet and the breakfast host is very personable. Check in and out was easy as well.

Nice hotel centrally located to old town Barcelona. Close to Rocafort subway station, saints train station and many old town sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay her again.

We arrived on an early flight into Barca and they allowed us to check in early which we were very grateful for - very helpful staff and clean, modern hotel in a quiet part of town but not too far away from the centre of things. There is a good choice of places to eat nearby. Would be happy to use this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance to multiple metro stops and Brunch spots. Quick food spots around the hotel. Wonderful front desk that addressed and resolved issues immediately. Quiet neighborhood out of the noise of Barcelona.

Nice location. Pretty decent price . One very embarrassing situation we had in the hotel was the breakfast host (LGBT guy). Me and my wife went to breakfast and the LGBT host start asking us where are we from in the middle of the breakfast hall. We politely told him we have European descent, but we live in USA. The guy didn’t stop questioning us until we told him while we were staying in the middle of the hall. The LGBT guy made some funny faces in the middle of the hall and all people start staring at us. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’ve always tried to be respectful to LGBTs , but that guy kinda overstepped in our personal space. Train your staff better please !!! Otherwise, someone else might be NOT so tolerant and beat him up. Just saying …..

Friendly staff. Clean room. AC was a bit noisy. The shower plastic divider should be bigger. The floor gets wet. Very hit water with good pressure. Big tv with option's and many channels but just 4 English. Ovet all good place with a good value. Good location too.

its more like a 2 star hotel. every time they did the cleaning they d forget something. one day towel, the next toilet paper, eacj time i had to call and ask for it. some days they d forget to clean. i asked for an iron and they said i d have to go down and get it. not ok.

Decent hotel, good location for the price
Stayed end of Feb, hotel is located close proximity to Bull Ring Arena, MNAC about 10-15min walk. Metro about 5-10 mins. It is just oneblock from main road Gran Via del les Corts Catalanes. If you like walking you can actually walk to Playa de Catalunya and la Rambla, which is 20 mins along main road. You can find nice food places close to hotel either on main road or on the roads around the hotel. Felt safe enough to walk in the evening back to hotel, although we didnt stay out later than 11pm. Didnt eat at hotel, i asked the person behind bar /server one evening if he had a menu and was told they do only sandwich, fries and something else (slight language barrier) he recommended a pizza place opp Hotel. At checkin we were also recommended this place. I found staff simply unhelpful and just abrupt, short quick responses and nothing else. Not friendly at all or smiling. Hotel is clean, room cleaned ok, we had no issues Definitely say the walls are thin, can hear doors opening closing. You can hear showers/taps. But it was not that bad, we stayed out all day and still managed to get decent sleep. Housekeeping starts around 8.30am, well it did on our floor (3) so you can hear them in corridor. Rooms were warm, given the cold season even with the fan/heating off. Not much street/traffic noise given location is on a street corner-maybe due to being off the main road. But our room was also at back of property (so got a wall view)

Decent 3-star hotel and very good location
Hotel is nice for 3-star rating. No room service by the way. Location is very convenient with lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby. Metro station a walkable distance. Las Arenas mall is about 13 mins walk. Cons: The temperature setting is controlled by the hotel and was too warm for me. I could cool down the room by opening the window but due to noise had to keep it closed at night. Couldn’t sleep well due to this heat plus street noise even with window closed. The cleaning staff start their work very early around 6am and create a lot of noise (talking, moving chairs around etc).

Fab hotel
The room was very Spacious end super clean, bed very very confy and all the staff very friendly and helpful. its very close to the metro 4 min walk to Rocafort station and about 10 min from Espanya. My only criticism is that we visited in January, weather was cold and the room was extremely hot!! they could not change the temperature as it was central, but They did provide us with a small fan and that helped a bit, but we still had to open the window and having that in mind it was quite noisy. For us was no problem as we are not bothered.

Great location and service
The stay was perfect, the staff was always nice and helpful and the location is great (close to the city center, to many pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets, the airport bus stop and even a hospital). Highly recommend it.
