Loved the balcony! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s close to public transport and an easy stroll down to La Rambla, there are 24hr supermarkets nearby. The only warning is that if you have a room by the road - the balcony is beautiful, but even with the doors closed you can hear the traffic all hours. We requested an iron, they provided a broken one, and they said they have only one iron. Cleaning was good. Location of the hotel is good, close to metro station and close to bus station which has buses goes to airport during midnight. The property did not have 24 hour staffing but the staff, when there, could not do enough to try and help you in any way possible. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was small, the door to my room had to be locked with a key from inside. This hotel was more like a hostel with your own room and a tv. There was no A/C, only heat. The price was much too much for the stay.
