Decent for price. Toilet line broken so bathroom smelt of sewage leak. Shower head loose keeps falling. Shower door doesn’t close properly leaks water all over the floor. Clean and tidy, however. Comfy bed good sheets.

The room was clean and cramped but workable. There is no air-con so it will be hot if the night is hot, it could do with a fan (or bring your own USB one). The window opens into an vent area where people smoked outside their own windows making it unattractive to open the windows. There is very little sound proofing but other guests were considerate - I recommend earplugs . The digital door lock link worked well, the room was made up and cleaned well on our second day. The Putext area had great local shops and is worth a walk round, its a convenient.location. This is a budget stay.

The hostal is well positioned, the metro is at a walking distance and the tourist sites are around 20 mins walk away. The room itself is very average, which was expected as it is a low cost hotel. However, the toilet smelled like sewage and despite contacting customer service since day 1, the problem was not solved at all. Instead of fixing the issue which was clearly related to plumbing, they said they cleaned the bathroom. Horrible customer service, they are aware of the issue and don't bother fixing it. Don't go there.

I was surprised with this booking as there were no available in person to check in as everything is on line including opening the door of the property. There were no elevators so this place is not advisable if your are carrying luggages. The room is hot but there is no room control as the whole building is controlled by one AC unit. I tried to open the window but it smells. The room is clean and descent otherwise but the hostel price is not worth the money.

La habitación estába bien, en las condiciones nos ponía que no se podía hacer ruidos de 23 a 8 de la mañana. Hemos respetado.. pero las personas que estaban al lado de nosotros no. Vorsicht! Ekelhafte Zustände und falsche Versprech

Ich habe noch nie so eine enttäuschende Unterkunft erlebt! Bereits beim Einchecken begann das Chaos: Kein Personal vor Ort, kein Schlüssel, nur komplizierte Anweisungen per Telefon. Dazu kamen nicht vorher genannte Zusatzgebühren, die völlig intransparent und ärgerlich waren – ein absolutes No-Go! Das Zimmer war winzig, viel kleiner als auf den Bildern der Website. Das Bett war instabil, wackelte bei jeder Bewegung und machte keinen sicheren Eindruck. Der absolute Tiefpunkt: Urinflecken auf der Bettdecke – ekelhaft und völlig inakzeptabel! Das Badezimmer war extrem eng, die Dusche war verschmutzt, nicht gereinigt, und es gab nur begrenzt Warmwasser – nach kurzer Zeit wurde das Duschen zur Geduldsprobe. Zusätzlich war das bereitgestellte Toilettenpapier stark begrenzt, sodass man nach kurzer Zeit selbst welches besorgen musste – für ein Hotel einfach peinlich. Das WLAN funktionierte zu Beginn überhaupt nicht, erst später war eine halbwegs stabile Verbindung möglich. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Marihuana, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster bestand aus Zigarettenstummeln und Müll – absolut abstoßend. Auch die Ausstattung war enttäuschend: nur eine einzige Steckdose im gesamten Zimmer – für zwei Gäste völlig unpraktisch. Und das Beste (bzw. Schlimmste) zum Schluss: Das Zimmer hatte nichts mit den Fotos auf der Website zu tun – alt, lieblos, heruntergekommen und alles andere als das, was versprochen wurde.
