This apartment is designed with a living room features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher and fridge. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This area perfectly combines business strategy with a seamless connection to the city's main tourist attractions. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Ildefons Cerdà (FGC), is just a 3 minute walk. Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) airport is an approximate 20-minute drive from the property (or 30 minutes via the direct L9S metro line). Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
