We enjoyed our stay at the Gran Derby. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't go by the pool, but it a lot of guest were utilizing it. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I personally loved the black out shades, which helped with my jet lag. A lot of small dining options nearby and everything is walkable. Looking for to coming back.

The suite was perfect for our party of 3 and the staff was wonderful. The stay was amazing. Location is perfect as you are not that far from city centre and main attractions. You need to take a quick public transport to reach anywhere. Bus stop is close by and metro station is 10-12 mins walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The rooms are very nice, but the hotel doesn't even have boiler for the water in the room, you have to check availability with reception to see if they can provide it. And they do not refresh with water and amenities each day. It is nice place with potential but lacks the luxury touch or more the luxury service.

Staff and facilities were very impressive. Even tried out the swimming pool in November. Disappointed with the road works that were happening right outside the hotel. We were not told about them and they were directly underneath our window. Work started at 7:45 am which woke us up.

Nothing extraorinary. Staff generally not interested in its clients, rooms nice although a bit dark and Airbnb-flat like. Nothing exclusive like they tried to adventist for.
