This apartment is your best option for your stay in the city. It is very spacious (200m2), comfortable, and very bright because it is on the sixth floor. The community of neighbors is very quiet and there is a concierge. It is located on the right of the Eixample in a quiet and safe area, 4 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia-Diagonal (pure downtown). It is classic-modern style, and offers a new concept where art and sustainability meet. Dispose of: 4 rooms (for 10 people) \- 1 double room (double bed) \- 1 double room (2 single beds) \- 1 triple room with private balcony (3 single beds) \- 1 triple room (double bed + single bed) Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, large fridge and freezer 2 full bathrooms and a toilet Wonderful living room, with large table to enjoy a nice meal with your family and friends Large dining room with balcony that gives an interior of apple with a very quiet park Laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and drying rack Lift Concierge / porter Baby crib and chair Heating and air conditioning Important information: Arrival time 17:00 / 5:00 p. m. This apartment was by far the nicest vacation rental we have stayed at, and our host was incredibly gracious and helpful! The apartment is huge, and easily accommodated our family that included adult children, significant others and a young child with plenty of room to hang together, or to spread out. The layout includes common areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) at one end of the hallway and the bedrooms & bathrooms at the other. This allowed for socializing without disturbing sleepers. The decor is tasteful and functional, and the apartment came equipped with everything we could possibly need. The building itself is very nice, and in a prime location with easy access to many attractions, the beach, and transport. We knew the apartment would be nice, but this exceeded our expectations! Our host, Marc, made everything so easy for us- from communicating about details before arrival date, to delivering the easy to use key codes, and greeting our party and showing us around the rooms, etc. He was quick to respond to several questions we had, and went out of his way to be helpful! (One family in our group delayed in making taxi reservations back to the airport, and Marc graciously helped them secure a ride on very short notice. Apartment has well-stocked kitchen, decent quality beds. It probably has enough room for 15 people. Elevator in the building and AC in the unit are a plus.
