Somewhere between great and not

Good hotel with very spacy and beautiful room. Unfortunately we were 2 rooms away from the elevator, so we could hear the engine all the time. Also, the room was facing the street whichvis very busy and loud even during the night, so we could not keep the open. My major complaintvis that one day we came to our room late in the evening and the AC was on, probably has been since late morning after room service. Not only is this an incredible waste of energy, it really caused us trouble since the clothes we handwashed the night before were still wet (as opposed to previous days). We could neither pack the clothes nor use them the next day. When checking out, the concierge was friendly but did not ask about our stay and opinon.

Habitación sucia, pequeña y sin escritorio. Cama que se mueve y chirría. Al comentar esto con el chico de recepción no da soluciones ni alternativas. Servicio al cliente pésimo. Pena no haber alternativas en Sabadell para dormir ya que era para dejarlo a ir a un hostal. Hubiese estado mejor atendido

Pour commencer pour le prix chambre nulle pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles il y a même pas de bouilloire même pas de café aucun service et à des chambres à déplorer vieux. Es un hotel con buena ubicación, sus alrededores son bonitos y hay de todo cerca, se ve que es un poco viejo pero lo mantienen bien, en mi caso lo que no me agrado del todo fue la ducha para bañarse, literalmente está el suelo en bajada, no sé a quién en su sano juicio se le ocurre hacer la ducha así, eso está peligroso por una caída, pero por lo demás todo iba bien.
