Gesamtpaket war für uns sehr gut

Schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Nur die Terrasse ist nicht bei der Wohnung sondern drei (?) Stockwerke höher auf dem Dach. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit. Vielleicht hab ich’s mangels Spanischkenntnissen auch nicht ist es in der Beschreibung gesehen. Der (Sand-)Strand ist problemlos in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vermieter sind meganett! Mangels Parkplatz kam ich zu spät zum Einchecken, was freundlichst übergangen wurde. Und als wir ein vermeintliches Problem hatten, war die Vermieterin (abends um ca9.00 Uhr) in kürzester Zeit da und hatte ihre Tochter zur besseren Verständigung mitgebracht, da sie meinte diese könne besser Englisch! Der Bahnhof ist auch mehr oder minder direkt vor der Haustüre.

Die Ankunft zu später Stunde war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. In der nähe ist Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Restaurants und Cafes. Ein schöner Ort mit Bahnhof direkt an der Strandpromenade. Gerne wieder.

Wohnen unter Einheimischen mit absoluter Nähe zum genialen breiten Sandstrand mit super Beach-Bar. Barcelona ist perfekt mit S-Bahn erreichbar. Wohnung typisch mediterran spartanisch eingerichtet.

Nice, clean apartment in a very good location: 40 mins commute to downtown Barcelona, 5 mins walk from Ocata beach! Se really enjoyed our stay, however it should be noted that there is no AC as advertised, but there is a fan. Also because of the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom, the floor tends to get wet and dirty very quick.
