It has the charm of an older unit. It also had three bedrooms which was nice. Bathroom was good too. Overall the apartment was good. The area surrounding the apartment was OK in the daytime but really sketchy at night. I originally though that I was reserving a unit near the Sants train station so we could easily walk upon arrival and departure. Instead we were assigned a property near the Mercat Nau metro station, much further away. Coming home at night from that station felt unsafe. Leaving early morning at departure was also unsafe. Random men (looking like thugs) hanging around the benches near the ramp to the metro. I was with my wife and 2 daughters and we came back through that metro station late night after dinner 2 times. It's a long dark walk back to the property. The other issue is that there is bad cellular signal (for my USA roaming mobile) and the apartment WiFi does not reach the street. One night we stood there at 1:30AM waiting for someone to come out as the app to open the door would not work. Luckily they did. I would suggest some kind of a dial pad at the building entrance (at least for safety).
