Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. It is between two subway stops which is a bonus. Laundry facilities within walking distance. Park Güell within walking distance. Felt safe walking at 2am like it was 2pm. Staff was great. Very responsive when reaching out. Another thing that makes this place great is its location. It is not just touristy and somebplace where people are trying to sell you things and stuff. I was there with my family and felt completely safe. I left my kids in the apartment by themselves as well as my 17 year old took the metro (subway) by himself down to the gothic quarters. The location is convenient whether you’re visiting Parc Guell, or you’re heading downtown. You’re just a short ride away on the metro. The apartment was perfect for our family of six. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were a little firmer than we’re used two, but we adjusted quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, etc and you could definitely come meals there if you wished (we did not). There are many great restaurants and pastelerias nearby to enjoy.
