We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your stay in Barceló Sants hotel. The reason for that is that you booked a family room this time, which means 2 rooms with a connecting door between them, but unfortunately none of the family rooms have a bath, only shower. We have only limited ammount of rooms with baths, but none of them are with bath. And due to a high occupancy, we were not able to change your assigned room for one with a bath. Please accept our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding and please contact us for your next reservation to make sure we can assing you a room of you liking.
