This charming apartment offers you approximately 90 m² of space and is located in a building with an elevator, with the additional option of having a Private Parking for €25/day. In addition, you will be well connected with public transport, since the Muntaner metro station is nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city.

The Apartment in Barcelona Sarrià-Pedralbes with balcony for 6 has a spacious living-dining room that opens onto a beautiful terrace, perfectly oriented, which will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 rooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed. You will also find a double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests if necessary. The apartment has 1 bathroom for convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and hob. In addition, we have thought of every detail to make sure you have a pleasant stay, so you will find an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer in the apartment. You will also have access to free Wi-Fi to stay connected during your visit to Barcelona.


Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50.

- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
