Stylish apartment, very bright. Located in the center of Barcelona

DESCRIPTION
This beautiful, bright apartment is located in a building that has belonged to my family for several generations. It was completely renovated in 2020. It is situated right in the heart of Barcelona, on Plaza Urquinaona, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña, the city centre.
It sleeps up to 5 people and is laid out as follows:
Upon entering the apartment, the first bedroom is on the right; it features a double bed and opens onto a small patio where the washing machine and dryer are located.
Next is the kitchen and dining area, which features a round table that seats 6 people and leads to one of the fully equipped bathrooms, which has a spacious shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop for comfortable cooking, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking just as you would at home.
From the kitchen and dining area, you enter a living room with a large window and a balcony—the perfect place to unwind after a tiring day. It features a single armchair, a sofa that converts into a single bed, a desk, and a smart TV with internet access for your entertainment.
From the living room, you can access the master bedroom with a balcony, which features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed. Inside this bedroom is another fully equipped bathroom with a shower, where you’ll also find the closet for your clothes.
HOUSE RULES:
- You may not accommodate more guests than those specified when confirming the reservation.
- Please respect the contents and condition of the apartment.
- You must keep all common areas clean and treat them with respect. To this end, please ensure that you close the entrance door leading to the street whenever you enter or leave the building, and close the lift doors after using them.
- Please observe the maximum occupancy limit for the lift.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors. Do not make loud noises that may disturb others between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Do not hang towels on the balconies.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Drugs are not allowed.
- All appliances and equipment in the apartment must be in good working order. If this is not the case, I will do everything possible to repair them immediately. However, no refund will be issued.
- Failure to comply with these house rules that results in damage or harm to the community or the apartment will result in the total forfeiture of the security deposit.
- There will be an additional charge of €20 for check-in after 11:00 PM, to be paid in cash upon key pickup.
- And most importantly, enjoy your stay!
PRACTICAL TIPS
The apartment is located in a building with other units, accessible from the street through a door that opens with a key, which will be provided to guests along with the key to the apartment. There is a doorman on duty Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please lock the apartment door every time you go out to explore the city. To securely lock the apartment door, turn the key to the right twice.
TOURIST TAX PAYMENT
Tourists visiting Barcelona are required to pay a tax to the City Council and the local government. The tourist tax is €9.50 per person over the age of 16 for each night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights/days. Guests 16 years of age or younger are exempt from paying this tax.
This tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In accordance with "Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26," I am required to provide my guests' information to the police. Therefore, a photo of each guest's passport or ID will be taken at check-in
