  • This spacious and colorful three-bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gràcia. This lively area is filled with shops and unique boutiques, restaurants, bars and cafés. Located just a short walk or a metro ride from Passeig de Gràcia.THE SPACE:This FAMILY FRIENDLY apartment is ideal for you to enjoy living like a local in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Barcelona: Gràcia.

    The flat is big and has lot of space for kids to play. If you come for work, you will find a desk with chair to set your own little office. Natural light comes from the small balcony facing interior patios, making the work area quiet and comfortable.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

    Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

    Bedroom 2: 1 Single bed

    Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)

    *Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

    All the bedrooms have storage space.

    1 Full Bathroom with toilet and shower + 1 extra toilet FACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

    AC in the bedrooms and living room

    TV and high speed Wi-fi

    Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.

    Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

The apartment is in a great location, spacious, clean. Everything we were looking for! The property manager was easy to contact and helpful in resolving a wifi issue. We wish we didn’t have to leave! We hope to be back someday and would choose this place again.
