    The space

    Welcome to this modern and bright apartment in Barcelona, perfect for
    families or groups of up to 6 people. With 2 bedrooms and 61 m² of
    space, it offers a comfortable and functional environment for a
    relaxing stay.

    The apartment features a 15 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning
    coffee or an evening drink while taking in the city atmosphere. Located
    in a building with a lift, it also includes a washing machine, iron,
    Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living
    room and some bedrooms, and a TV, ensuring comfort throughout your
    stay.

    The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave,
    oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker,
    toaster, and kettle, allowing you to prepare your meals easily.

    Enjoy a fantastic location with easy access to public transport, shops,
    cafés, and Barcelona’s main attractions, combining comfort, style, and
    practicality.

    Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment.

    Please take note of the following important information before booking:

    - Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
    however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

    - Baby cot:

    Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
    24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

    -Additional guest:

    Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
    per night.

    -Late arrival:

    Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

    - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

    - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

    - Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
    complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
    immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
    Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

    - NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
    receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
    intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
    police fine).

    masterpiece that you can’t miss. Very close by is the Hospital de Sant
    Pau, an impressive modernist complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage
    Site, with peaceful gardens and unique architecture. Stroll along the
    elegant Passeig de Gràcia to admire iconic buildings like Casa Batlló
    and La Pedrera, or explore the grid streets of Eixample Esquerra and
    its charming squares.

    If you’re looking for some outdoor relaxation, Parc de la Ciutadella
    and the gardens at Hospital de Sant Pau are perfect for strolling and
    unwinding. For market lovers, the Mercat de la Sagrada Família and
    Mercat de la Concepció offer fresh, local products.

    The neighborhood’s gastronomy is varied and delicious. For traditional
