"We love this resort. It is our second time coming here and we love the staff, the beauty of the resort and how much it has to offer. "

"We had a toilet that didn't flush properly and a dripping bathtub faucet that never got fixed the whole time we were there despite telling the Level lobby and our concierge. Multiple maintenance workers visited our room to look but nothing actually got fixed. We had to ask one of the maintenance staff to leave their plunger in our room so we didn't have to call the office every time the toilet was clogged. There is a group Whatsapp number you can contact for questions but my messages were never answered. We were told we would get a new room because of the plumbing issues so we spent an afternoon packing up our things, but when we got to the Level office to get our new room keys we were told there were no rooms available. The staff flat out lied to us about getting a new room, presumably to get rid of us and hope we wouldn't come back, and did not seem to care. There were bright spots during our time here, such as the well-maintained gardens and great service from a few restaurant servers, but overall the experience was not good. We will not return and I do not recommend this resort. "

"Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun, especially pool side and the Michael Jackson night show. "

"The condo was clean and the space is nice and open with two full bedrooms and a small third single bed bedroom. The photos are a bit misleading as the condo itself does not have views of the ocean/beach. The pools were nice and quiet. The condo is sparsely equipped (we had to go out and re-supply toilet paper). The host offered to arrange transportation and twice the transport didn’t show up which was disappointing. "

"Resort was beautiful. Unfortunately the food was not good. The 3 restaurants we went to was hibachi, Mexican and steakhouse. Other than three Mexican was the best, but it took over an hour to get our food because the server forgot to put our order in and he was rude on top of that. Reservations are very limited. There is no Stille bar figured they would have servers walking around offering drinks that only happened once the four days we were there we wanted to drink. We have to get up and walk to the bar then in line, the staff wasn’t friendly. The buffet I’d write a one out of five in the room Service is zero. Bad food selections/options and it was always cold. I ordered nachos because you can’t go wrong with nachos but they don’t even put cheese on them. We met other families while we were there. They complained about the same stuff we weren’t happy with. I would not stay here again, even if they offered me a free trip back."
